State Paperwork

Everyone attending state need to submit these papers by Thursday January 21st. If they are submitted after then you won't be able to go to the competition. There will be a mandatory parent meeting on Wednesday January 20th, and there should be a notary there so that uncompleted paperwork can be signed then. The paperwork can be downloaded from the two buttons below.
